He has organized conferences, run election coverage, produced music festivals and worked and consulted for political parties, non-profits, start ups and government entities. While at university he founded Australian non-profit youth media organization Vibewire and spent seven years building the organization before leaving in March last year. He is currently the social media guy at Ashoka: Innovators for the Public and instigator of #4Change and #SocEntChat.

Morgan has worked as a web designer, community manager, educator and dj for a range of arts non-profits.
